hi

i hav migrated from forms6i to forms10g
but one of form giving me error at startup as
FRM-40911 sequence no is not created.

plz help.

Are you using a sequence in this form? If so, where and how? Is it in a trigger, as item's initial value, or ...?

You would appear not to have created the sequences in the new database.

first of all thank you for reply.

In this form not a single sequence no is used.
It's giving error as FRM-40911-Record Are Not Created due to sequence no generation error.

You may need to increase OPEN_CURSORS.
database parameter in the INIT.ORA file.

OPEN_CURSORS values:
--------------------
Default = 50, which is inadequate for most large applications.
Maximum = specific to your database installation operating system.
Minimum = 5
