ORA-12500: TNS listener failed [message #213385]

Hi all,

I have Oracle 8i installed in Windows 2000, but I have problem to connect SQL plus or Forms : When connect display error ORA-12500: TNS listener failed to start a dedicated server process.

Please help...thanks

hi,
Can you post detail of listener.log file.
normally found in (oraclehome/network/log)
