Can any one name a text book for ORACLE WORKFLOW.

Pavan,
You could try the Oracle Workflow Developer's Guide. It is a pretty decent introduction to Oracle Workflow. It is available from OTN both in HTML and PDF formats.
Matthew Searle of TS Fifteen started publishing a book on Oracle Workflow on WorkflowFAQ, but the publication seems to have stalled. It might be interesting to read the introductory chapters anyway, attacking the subject from multiple angles.
