Can any one explain how reconciliation process can be done in oracle modules.

For the Finance modules, each of the User Guides has a section on reconciling within the application and with the General Ledger.

If you don't have a copy of the User Guides, they can be downloaded from http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/applications.html
