Dear Members,
Please help me out regarding what to be done in the following scenario.
For my Purchasing I've did the setups as mentioned below.
I have 3 organzations:-
1.Org1
2.Org2
3.Org3
Under each organization stated above i have 3 departments.
---------------Org1------------------------
1.Dept1
2.Dept2
3.Dept3
----------------------------------------------
------------------Org2--------------------
1.Dept1
2.Dept2
3.Dept3
-------------------------------------------
and same for Org3.
Now I have purchased 30 items for Org1.
And I have to distribute these 30 items for each department under Org1.
i.e. I want to give each department 10 items.
So how can we accomplish this???
We should distribute the items in such a way that we should also be able to perform accounting.
Like while distributing the items we should also enter the respective accounting information for each department.
We have defined accounts for each department.
I kindly request the respected members to please try to help me out.

Hi Ananth,
As you said we can divide the quantity to various lines and also we can assing the various ship to locations.
But in Ship to locations we cant see the names of the departments.
We can just see the various organizations we have defined but not the departments which have been defined under these organizations.
And even the charge account is same for all the lines with different ship to values.
I kindly request you to please help me in this regard.
