I have simply Oracle application with Oracle Forms 9i and Reports 9i

If it's possible to run this simply application without Oracle Application Server?

What I must urgently to have to run Oracle application on my personal computer!

I have Oracle Forms 6i for test now!

Forms 9i in installed with a Developer Server. This is perfect for personal use and okay for limited multi-user use.
