All are documented here in documentation

Look into backup and recovery manuals.
>>how to take import and exports?
Look into Utilities manual.
Look into our FAQ section to start with.

Please gather some patience to read the docs. No body can explain you all these in full detail in this forum. It will take pages(may be as many as the Oracle backup recovery guide) to explain.
