I was altering TABLESPACE through oracle enterprises manager > storage manager unfortunately I deleted my TABLESPACE,
now I cannot connect with my user what should I do??? I have a DMP file Please help.

You need to recreate the tablespace and import the data again. Ask you DBA for assistance.

I dont have DBA

I am using Oracle 8
when I try to connect shows the error
ORA-01034 oracle not avaible

And I am using this line for DMP file

str :='Exp80 userID='||user_name||'/'||pass||'@'||Cstring||' rows=y file='||:Path;

That means your database is down. Start your database using startup command.
