Use it in the Paper Layout so that it is NOT displayed as a field, but using the ampersand (&) sign (for example, &cf_1). This will allow you to rotate it - in the toolbar, click the Rotate button, click and drag a handle. Adjust size, color, whatever, and that's all.

I can't understand this
<Use it in the Paper Layout so that it is NOT displayed as a field, but using the ampersand (&) sign (for example, &cf_1).>

And if you'r not getting how to Create Water Mark. Create in Microsoft Office. How? Here How I use to Create...
The watermark commands are available only in normal, print layout, and outline views.
1. On the Format menu, point to Background, and then click Printed Watermark.
2. Do one of the following:
o To insert a picture as a watermark (watermark: Any graphic or text, such as "Confidential," that when printed appears either on top of or behind existing document text.), click Picture Watermark, and then click Select Picture. Select the picture you want, and then click Insert.
o To insert a text watermark, click Text Watermark, and then select or enter the text that you want.
3. Select any additional options that you want, and then click Apply.
After That take take a Print Screen Paste in MS Paint Crop with the Size and Save your Happy Water Mark.
