Hi all,
I'm new to this forum. i got this link after i searched for 10 Min's. i am very eager to know from you regarding the resources(Books,On line Tutorials) to get oracle Certification. as it is must for me now to get hike in my salary.
PLS help me. if u help me i will be designated as project leader.

Oh dear...
It took you no less than 10 minutes to find this site, you're unable to find any reference to resources regarding certification, you can't figure out that a question about certification might fit better in the 'Training & Certification' forum..
And yet they make you project leader if you get certified.

A good place to start looking would be www.oracle.com, and then click on "Education".
It sounds more to me that you're lazy or incompetent.
