Hi all,

There is a text item (named version number), which is a non database item. The value of version number will be auto populated based on the list in LOV in enter-query mode. My problem is that the value of the version number is not displayed after executing query..

I tried to assign the value to another text item in other data block by using post-change trigger, then assign it back when executing query...but it does not work..

Any solution please..

Research and use the 'Post-Query' trigger. This is the main place for populating non-database items.
