Hi,

I have seven years of experience in Oracle/D2k. I worked on some very big projects of Coal India Limited, Provident Fund office etc. I passed 1z0-007 on 4th August 2006. I am still waiting for a call from a decent,good company

I am planning to appear for pl/sql paper in near future but sometimes i feel very lowly and drop my idea of certification.

Please suggest and advice.

HI
I'm a fresher just joined in to a small organization. I am a Sun Certified Java Programmer right now and want to improve my certifications in Database side. so PLS help me in getting the details of the certification u have written.And also mention the books to followup to get the good percentile in certification.

Why would this be bad for you?

And why wait for a call ? You can always go to a company that is searching a dba'er and then your certificate will prove your skills.

I see it more as a test for myself, to know that I'm good in what I do. That I deserve to call myself a dba'er.

So in every way I don't so a downside to it.
