Dear,

I tried to find a suitable interface table to import a new data to approved supplier list window (ASL_SUPPLIERS block) in purchasing module.

Hi,
The tables involved in this process are "po_approved_supplier_list" and "po_asl_attributes".

Dear,

Thanx a lot Ramkic for your assistance; i am knowing about the following two base tables "po_approved_supplier_list" and "po_asl_attributes".

Excuse, but I asked what is the correct interface table thats use to import data to block ASL_SUPPLIERS in approved supplier list window.

Could anyone replay me if there is a suitable interface table or not, please.

hi,
i think there is no interface table regarding approved supplier list you must write your own custom package regarding the conversion for assitance you may use the private package po_approved_supplier_list_sv.contact me afetr the result.

Hi mahesh,

Many thanks for your assistance, but could you give me more guide lines about using of PDOI thats uses to inserts row into po_approved_supplier_list,po_asl_attributes,po_asl_documents.

Hello,
Do you import only Approved Supplier List Data OR you also import Purchasing documents?.
If you import Purchasing documents then you can enable automatic document sourcing so that when you try to import the documents the Approved supplier List gets generated/updated automatically.
