Thanks for ur reply. Buyer is working. I installed HRMS module. I tried to create a position through Hrms module. It asks Organization, but Organization I didn't get any List of values. Actually I am expecting what I created a Business Group it will popup in LOV. But no list of values in Orgn field.

All profile options attached. Choose set of books also ok in purchasing module. In financial options, it shows my Business Group. But where is the problem, I didn't get.

Please help me.

Hi.,

yeap., i guess u not defined "Sub Classification " to u r org. Do one thing go to HRMS...

1) HRMS --> Workstuctures --> Organization -->Desciption

Here Query With u r Org .. and Open the "Organization" window..

2) Go "Oraganization Classification" Tab...(i.e.where u r selecting "GRE Legal Entity" and "Operating unit" etc).
Here add one more line and Select "HR Organization".

Then "Save" it...

i guess u can u do this one from "PO" also....where u r defing u r Org..

I guess it should work..jst check and let me know wht's the result...

Thanks

HI Sashidar,

Yes now its working. ThanQ.

And one more thing is there.

When I create a Requestion or purchase order its not approved.

It shows "In process". In Document setups I have given "owner can Approve" Still its not working.

I am also checking System adminitrator module also.

Concurrent/manager/administer---'Po approval...' is there. Its also active condition. But it is not working.

Where the problem is....? I didn't get.

Give me your suggestion.

thanks

srinivas

Hi Sashidhar,

I tried maximum what you have told

1) PO --> Requistion Summary --> query with Requisition Numeber.

its ok.

2) Tool --> View Action History
Its shows to whom u sent.------it Doesn't show any name bcz the requestion status is 'not approved' & 'not cancelled', it shows status is 'In Process'. In this status it doesn't any history

3) PO --> Ctrl +L .type "Do" ..then its open "Documents types " window... Here nothing metion at "Default Hieararchy"..

yes. But actually I disable the option 'Use Hierarchy' in financial options>Humanresources block. So in document types Default hieararchy option is invisible.

Here I am giving wht I have done in Document types.

Requestion: Purchasing

Security level --public
Access level ----full
Forward Method --------direct
Approval Workflow -----Po Requestion Apporval
Workflow startup process----Main requestion approval
Approval Transaction type------nil
Auto Create workflow----Po create documents
Auto Create workflow startup process--Create and approve Po or Release

I checked "PO document Approval Manager" in System Administrator module also.
If I create a new requestion, the previous requestion status is 'Terminated' and new requestion status is 'Active' in PO Document Approval Manager'. I click on 'Manager Log' button the error shows:

Routine AFPSMG encountered an Oracle Error. ORA-03114: Not connected to ORACLE.
This is the problem. Please give your valuable advice

thanks

Srinivas

Hi Srinivas.,

Let me know 2 things..

1) How many Positions existing in U r Hierarchy?????

If u r using only for one user.. I guess it doesn't required 'Position Hierarchy".. Jst Enable "Own Can Approve".

and Delete "Default Hierarchy" .....

2) if u have more than one Positions for your hierarchy..does they have user_id and approval limit...???

Thanks

Hi,

Good morning

I am not creating any hierarchy. Just I create one user only.

In document settings I enable OWNER CAN APPROVE option.

In Financial Options Human Resources block I disable 'Use approval hierarchy' option also.

Based on this in document types it doesn't show the default hierarchy.

Plz say any other way to apporved Requistion/PO.

thanks

srinivas
