Hello...

In our mid-sized company, we frequently use Oracle Messenger Voice Chat, the problem is that we connect the two company branches with a 256 kbps channel, so, the Voice Chat consumes about 90 kbps of that channel, reducing the performance of the communications.

How to reduce the voice quality??
