How Can I restore a database at 'X' server from the backup database created by RMAN at 'Y' server.

To be more specific, If somebody send me backup database files created by RMAN utility at some 'x' server to me.

I would like to take that backup files and restore ( basically recreate the same database) at some other server say 'y'

Please advice...
