The scroll bar on my form does not work properly. There are 14 items to view, 3 items at one time on the screen. However, when scrolling down, the first two items remain on top and I have to keep pressing the down arrow to see the other items, but the first two still remains.

check whether the scroll bars appelied on the same block at which the record items are?

Please review your form. How many blocks do you have in it? How many blocks are on your canvas? Do you have the same table in more than one block? Is the block in question based on a database table or have you populated it manually?
