any one can tell me ,how to do for importing/eporting of database,from one database to another database.if is there any tools plz tell me.I am awaiting for ur reply.

The tools is Oracle's own. Use exp for export and imp for import.
You'll have to read up on them as there are way too many options and restrictions to mention here.
Please do a search to get to the documentation.

if ur on 10g.
then use impdp,expdp instead of original exp,imp utilities
