HI all..

if i assigned one 'buyer' to 'User', then at 'Requisition' level or 'Requisition' window How can i change the 'Preparer' Name.

Hi,

Can u tell us the scenario in which it should be used?

The purpose of the preparer is just to frame the document.
Instead , Requestor is the person who is actually raising the requisition and this name can be changed.

During PO creation , you can still change the buyer name
Also check out the Option "Enforce buyer name " in the purchasing option --->Control (tab)
