Has anyone performed this task before?

I am confused whether to use OKS_CONTRACTS_PUB, OKC_CONTRACT_PUB, what in the Core Contracts API Guide, Service Contracts API Guide, etc.?

Looks like there is several methods to use, some supported and some not.

Anyone has any advice? I do know this is pretty tough task.

Hi John,
Use the following API

OKS_CONTRACTS_PUB.CREATE_CONTRACT_HEADER -- for Header
OKS_CONTRACTS_PUB.CREATE_SERVICE_LINE -- for lines

okc is more related oracle contracts core and oks is pure Service contracts.

You are working in this area or learning it.

Hi Surya,

I am new to Oracle CRM module and currently working on Service contracts data Conversion ( Warranties Data Conversion).

I want to import Contract Headers and lines and item details and Party roles. The below tables has to be populated.

• OKC_K_HEADERS_B
• OKC_K_LINES_B
• OKC_K_ITEMS
• OKC_K_PARTY_ROLES_B


Can you please help me with the process and the scripts if you have already done that would of great help and appreciated.
