All,
I am trying to restore a database with RMAN. however all the backup sets are 'EXPIRED'. I get errors out of the rman command and the databse does not restore.

regards

Alan

Restoring from very old backup?
Do you have those backuspets?
if so, just mark the backupsets you are restoring from as 'available'.
