I read the following recovery method in databasejournal.com
Recovery: Noarchivelog Mode
1. Shutdown the Server
2. Shutdown Abort
3. Restore data, control, and redo log from the last full backup
4. connect / as sysdba
5. startup pfile=initDB00.ora

My question is that we don't have to issue RECOVER DATABSE command.

2. Can I do incomplete media recovery in Noarchivelog Mode ?
