Are you able to get other reports to run?
Are you running the 'rep' file or the 'rdf' file? I recommend deleting the 'rep' files, opening the 'rdf' in 10g, doing a 'generate' and then saving it again.
We you running the report in client/server or 3-tier mode under 6? Remember than 10g is three tier only. Is the name of the directory in the right format for the operating system of the AS machine and is the name of the directory declared to the database? In the older versions this was handled by the parameter 'utl_file_dir'. Google 'utl_file_dir' for the new method of handling this issue.
