I have a table of 12 gb and want to transport it to different database, it takes to much time when using table mode export, how can i transport it quick.

Hi,

You can offline the tablespace and move the datafiles with OS level. After moveing to other database the tablespace you can online.

In case you have only one table is 12gb then make the table in to partions. There is some method is there if you want we can give to you.

but will partitionng save time.
and if i do a transportable tablespace then how can i assign it to specific user?
