I have create a recovery catalog and register to target database,

Rman catalog rman/rman
Create catalog tablespace rman_repository;
Connect target system/manager
Register database;

How can i remove this catalog and unregister database;

You don't mention what version of the database you are on, but this will work for 9i and below (10g offers a new method. This may also work for 10g, I haven't tested):

SQL> select db_key, dbid from rc_database;

SQL> execute dbms_rcvcat.unregisterdatabase(<db_key>, <db_id>);

It would be nice to have a required field for posts to enter version # of database.

agreed with ebrian. We need version # to provide better details.

Starting with 10g we can do it in easy way,

RMAN> DROP DATABASE INCLUDING BACKUPS NOPROMPT;

I had remove the catalog success!

and my db's version# is 8i.
