opitsk: network error occurred while two-task server trying to send break; error [message #188928]

Hi every body..
I have noticed in the udump tracefile following messages. Pls. interpret and suggest solution for it. Due to this error my application get disconnected but my instance are open. I am logging to connect via sql*plus but thru Java based application...

Pls. help ....

Post Operating System (OS) name & version for DB server system.
Post results of
SELECT * from v$version

use CUT & PASTE to show us what you were doing that got the error & post complete error code & messages.

When was last time this worked without error?
What changed since then?

ORA-12152: TNS:unable to send break message
 *Cause:  Unable to send break message. Connection probably disconnected.
 *Action: Reestablish connection. If the error is persistent, turn
 on tracing and reexecute the operation.
