Report doesn't display (web) [message #188357]

When I click Print button from Forms to display the Report, it doesn't display unless I end javaw.exe process using task manager. What is happening?

Does this happen on one form or all forms? Does this happen on one PC or all PCs or only on the Application Server? Which version of 9i are you running? Are you running on AS or DS?

We installed Oracle applications on our new PCs then, the 1st time we tested our forms and reports, we encountered this error.

Sometimes, during the 1st try, we will encounter the said error again. After terminating the javaw.exe application from task manager, the report will be displayed. For the succeeding tries, it will work already.

This happened to all forms that call reports. 4 of us are using Oracle applications here but only 2 of us were affected.
