Dear All

My Client has a requirement that there should be a limit on the total amount of advances which can be made to a particular employee.
For example: If the limit is of $100 and he has already taken $50 in first and $40 in second time earlier,then at the third time he should not be allowed to take more than $10.

Can you please help me as in how to put a HOLD for such scenarios and get cumulative prepayment made till now.
