hello
i have oracle 10g on windows xp managed using the database control,through database control im connected to a database called orcl , i created another database called test.
my question is how can manage the test database using also the database control ? like the orcl database

10g OEM DB Console was designed to manage a single database. You may want to try the OEM Java app. which is a separate install. It is supposed to be similar to the previous versions of OEM. Otherwise, you probably have to use Grid Control.
