Hi to all experts there
I have some questions to ask you all.

If i want create a schema at my database . Is it the step is true.
I write some command here, but some command i put it blank , because i don't know the command

1) create a database
command :

2) create a user
command : create user apple identified by pass

3) grant some activity to user
command :

I also confuse about the
1) create public
2) create public synonym

I had read and refer some oracle book regarding how to create the database and security , but i still don't understand it.

Can you who have such experience , give me a explanation with the scenario to me.
