Hi

Is there any way where I can end date a particular responsibility for about 200 users (NOT TO ALL). Like to know an automated process.

Regards

Anna

Solaris?

Create a crontab job that runs when you want and revoke priveleges to those users.

Another way would be to create a clone of the responsibility you want to end-date, create custom repsonsibility of that clone, and assign it to the people you want to remain with it. Make sure you add the repsonsibility to the users profile, then end date the original responsibility for all users. This is of course assuming that there are only a few that you want using the responsibility in question. Hope this helps....
