Hi,
Retroactive Billing
Order Management provides the Retrobilling Organizer form to identify order lines that have previously been invoiced that may be subject to retroactive billing due to price changes, a simple approval mechanism, and then the automatic generation of credit memos (and occasionally invoices).
The Retrobilling function provides the capability to enter price changes to shipments made in the Automotive Release Control System, and subsequently billed, over a prior period. This function also provides the capability to generate retroactive credit and debit memos for those items.
