Hello everybody.
First of all, I'm sorry for my english.
Recently, I've installed 10g and created a DB, but can't connect to it, because of problem with OEM. When I'm trying
emctl start dbconsole
it says that environment variable ORACLE_SID not defined, even so I added the ORACLE_SID = *** to the Environment variables. Also, I can't start dbconsole via the Services. It returns error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. But when I click "OK" it indicates "Started" in the services.
In spite of it, IE returns Cannot find server. In the host value (http://***.***.***.***:5500/em) I put either my IP or computer's name, and it doesn't work. I tried all configurations, that came to my head, but no one works.
In the other hand, the iSQLplus is working properly, that means that there no problem with IIS or localhost.
Please, if you see, what I'm doing wrong, or you know the solution, help me, please. Thanks a lot for your patient and assistance.

ps: I've checked the portlist.ini and the EM's port is 5500.

Also, emctl switchs off after a few minutes. When I try emctl status dbconsole it says is not running and I have to run it again.
