I used RUN command for the import, I received:
IMP 00008: instruction unrecognized in export file

each script "CREATE TABLE" scrolled and between them appear message "Ignored"

export and import are with the same server, the same OS and the same 10.1.0

The import of the same .dmp file into XE is no problem, then the file is not corrupted

Make sure you copy in binary mode. Are you having a 'carrage return character' problem?
