Hi,
In the database both the NLS_CHARACTERSET and NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET values are UTF8.

When I noticed the export log file it was quite amazing that Export done in WE8MSWIN1252 character set and UTF8 NCHAR character set server uses UTF8 character set (possible charset conversion) How come

Local process settings overrode database values.
