Sir,
this is the persitial portion of my university final project
i have a table name tax_info,table stracture is
car_regno tax_date tax_renewdate phone
KHA-54872 21-JAN-2005 2-AUG-2006 0193002200
KHA-58976 20-FEB-2006 30-JUL-2006 01781514657
a mobile is always connect my computer,when tax renew date expired before 7 days a warning message send owner of the car mobile "please renew your taxtoken?" it will send automatic,
i can connect computer and mobile device but not database,
but i dont know nothing,please help me early,
step by step example and advice me please.

i hope you give me a perfect solution,my operating system is winwods 2000,but forum solution solve linax operating system then my problem and forum solution is some different
