I am running Warehouse Builder: Client version 10.2.0.1.31 and repository version 10.2.0.1.0

While in the Design Center, I attempt to create a new source and when I press the test button to location I am creating I receive the following:

oracle.wh.util.Assert: Repository Connection Error: The connection to the repository was lost, because of the following database error: ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
Exit OWB without committing.

Does anyone know what this is telling me and how I may correct it?
