Hi,
Iam unable to configure OEM todo any jobs like backup and recovery or anything else for that matter only thing i can doafterlogging in through the oracle management server is, I can just view the data and change the state of the database.If i do any backup or anything and submit the job it shows no error but the job fails and it shows "no output is written for this job".

You must login to em as sys assysdba to do an em backup. I think*** the log files are in $ORACLE_HOME/configtools/logs ?
