Hi,
I have installed Oracle 10g (v10.2.0.1.0) and OWB (v9.0.3.0.1). I'm not able to start the OWB Repository Assistant.
I get the following error message:
INS0003: OWB Repository Installation cannot continue without DBA privileges. Logon as DBA and use Create New Warehouse Builder Repository to continue.
I tried using sys and repos_manager to login, but none of them works. Connection data is correct, if I change something there I get a "unable to connect to database" error.
Please help.
