Hi friends,

If i write any procedure in the Forms , it will store in a database ......? or it will be available only in the Forms

You can try to write a procedure in the form and then search in the database. If it exists there it means it is stored in the database. If not then obviously it's not stored in the database........please read Maaher's answer down

Depends: if you create it in the program units node in your object navigator it is local but if you create it in the database objects node under your schema you will have stored it in the database. Normally, you don't create database objects through Forms. There are better tools around.

In 99.9% of the cases you will only create program units, which are client-side PL/SQL objects. Client-side as in 'not on the server'. I have never created a database stored procedure through forms.

I just wanted to point out that, although it seemed trivial, the answer is somewhat more complex than you would expect. That's all. I do agree with your 'test yourself' approach, though. Hands on experience will help you remember.
