Hello Guys I'm in very bad situation and I really need help from you...
This is my current Development Environment
Oracle Database 8i Version 8.1.6
characterset AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1
Oracle Designer 6i

I want to move to
Oracle Database 10g Version 10.2.0.1.0
Characterset UTF8
Oracle DeveloperSuite 10g

Thanks for the Link...But I'm short of time..and I have to go through that entire Documentation...Is there any short listed method which I can follow...I mean Already Prepared Recipe which I can just go on following the steps..

As you might have known before, the 'recipe' will need a touch of personalization here. Because every (database) site is different.You need to understand which method of migration will suit you. In most cases, a simple export/import will work.

If you want to avoid any 'surprise' during the upgrade, better try to understand the concept. Layout a plan and proceed. Else, goodluck.
