Hello,
PLEEEEEEASE, I NEED YOUR REPLIES -THANKS IN ADVANCE.
I am COMPLETELY new to IT and intend to train as a Funtional implementer. I have been doing some home study for the Financials modules.
My questions are:
1. Job vacancies for either support and implementer roles always asks for experience. Can anyone please advice me on how to get my first job as a Functional Implementer (or even a support role) without prevoius experience?
2. Does one necessarily have to train at Oracle University or are private colleges just as good? what are the disadvantages of not training at Oracle University if any?
3. I've heard something about individuals setting up 'a company' in order to apply for or get jobs. Does anyone know about that, how does it work?
4. What 'tecnical courses' are necessary/advisable for a functional person to take in addition to the financials modules?
