hi i am working in 11.0.3 to 11.5.X upgrade.i need some help on upgrading these tables and their respective columns

so_notes n,
so_note_references nr,
so_note_usage_attributes nua,
so_reports r


According to 11i mapping
so_standard_value_rules s, ---> OE_DEF_ATTR_DEF_RULES; OE_DEF_ATTR_CONDNS
so_standard_value_rule_sets s1, --> OE_DEF_ATTR_DEF_RULES; OE_DEF_ATTR_CONDNS
so_standard_value_sources v, --> obsolete in 11i
But I am unable to map them correctly
