What configuration required to use SQL*LOADER,IMPORT/EXPORT tools from command line of cleint mechine. propmt response would be appreciated.

Nothing.
Install the client (along with those tools).
Add appropriate entries in your tnsnames.ora file to identify the remote database to talk to.
