I'm not sure what your question has to do with Oracle, but...

I'm a big fan of O'Reilly's Programming Perl. O'Reilly has a whole suite of Perl books listed here.

Apart from O'Reilly publications, many opensource tutorials like
http://www.sthomas.net/oldpages/roberts-perl-tutorial.htm
can give you a good start.
Just google.

Hi,

I am an Oracle DBA working on UNIX platforms.

We use a lot of Perl scripts in our servers.

Wanna learn Perl as early as possible...

Hi Anurag,
I am working on Oracle on Unix platform. Now I have to work on perl scripts too.

I have to learn perl asap. I do not know abc of perl. Please guide me as how can I go about it.

If you want to learn Perl, Google for it. I think by the time you read all 187 mln hits, you will be quite fluent in it.
