Dear Seniors,
I am working on Oracle/Developer for 3 years,Now i m going to attempt a chance to explore the world of ERP.
I am novice about Oracle Financials,thats why little bit confuse.
I need your guidance in this regard about ERP environment.

Hi,
Based on your experience, I strongly suggest you to learn Oracle Applications Technical modules (like AOL, SA, Alerts and Workflows).
You need to concentrate on 1.Reports Generation, 2.Interfaces 3.Custamisation and 4.Enhancements. (RICE).
You need to learn how to develop Forms and Reports for Apps.
For Apps functional modules you should have domain knowledge (in the respective functional area), if you have that you can learn them also.
