I reading my ocp book , it mention that when we need to use multi-block size on an instance because we might need to do transportal tablespace ?

But if i don't know in future whethe will i need to migrate 2 different instance together but i already got 2 instance..how can i change the existing single block into multi-block to handle it ??

Will i gain performance issue if i create multi-block in 1 instance ??

Mutltiple block sizes are meant for transportable tablespaces.
It does not have any improvements in performance (to be very accurate, it may have negative impact).
