Dears,
I am a new member to this site.
I am planning to write OCA exam in next month. I would like know following details: Please answer to me.
1) What is the procedure to get an appointment to write exam?
2) What is the pay for 1Zo-007 and 1Z0-147 exams in Indian currency?
3) what are the best books suggested for these two?
4) What are the authorisation exam centers in Hyderabad?
5) Are there any discounts currently?

One center in hyderabad is , Thomson Prometric (if i remember the name correctly)..it is in the same area, as the office of zoom technology , but I do not remember the area name..price of exams is 125 us dollors but for 007 it is I guess 80 us dollors.
books..for izo 007, there is a good study guide by biju thomas and chip dawes..there are many free online tests too.i do not know of any discounts currently..in case they are there, please post that detail here! I have one paper to give.best luck.

Many thanks to all who replied to my query.
Just now I spoke to Hyd Oracle people. They said currently there is 40% discount is going on. And there are no slots till June 10.

Anyone can please tell me what should i mention as my Exam date in the Exam request form. Whether i can choose my exam date myself. Also i dont know the exam centres in my city, then how would i mention the city.
