Our senior people created a Url for checking Daily Backup and Analyze monitoring so that v can check whether its failed or not by looking into URL than logging in to particular servers.
As the sameway I too would like to contribute from my side.
Our routine work include:
Checking alert mails - outlook
backup and analyze monitoring - if fails to start again (URL)
User requests
Maintenance etc etc.
Hope I am clear.

Then review the task (or tasks) that are performed manually to each of these databases from your central database and look at either having a single process access then all (serially) and give you a single report, or look at using dbms_job to do each of them each day, store the results in this central database, and then run a report against this stored information, again by dbms_job with the summaried output being emailed to an account and any error condition emailed to a special account, or SMSed to a mobile, or to a blackberry.
