RTFM (Read The Friendly Manual). The General Ledger User's Guide, Chapter 1 Journal Entry has a section called Journal Approval. This explains the Journal Approval process and how to customise it. If you don't have a copy of the User's Guide, it can be downloaded, along with all of the other Applications Documentation from http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/applications.html
Also, it would help everybody if you could provide a topic title more meaningful than "hi". Perhaps something like
"How to approve GL Journals"
